Here is the Variance that Wendy Greuel supprted, stood befor the city council and aske dthat they grant it to Paul Kulak who runs Kulaks woodshed the illegal nightclub (as he was charged and plead guilty to).
Fact 1. Mrs. Greuel knew Kulak was charged over a year earlier, proof of that is the flow player clip with Dale Thrush her assistant stating Wendy , Dale, Police captian, Dept of Building and Safety high ups, etc all held a special meeting for Kulaks and they decided he needed a variance to operate.
Fact 2. Wendy Greuel stood befor ethe city council and told them she wanted this operation in her area and what an assest it was, while Kulak was under recent Van Nuys Criminal court order not to operate and he was serving his first or 2 12 month probations for suck illegal operation.
Fact 3. Kulak was operating against building and safety orders to comply because he did building alterations that endangered the public (without permits) one of the major alterations was he took out a WALL making 2 seperate stores into 1. ,br /> Fact 4. Kulak was serving 12 months probation for running a danc3ehall without a permit and failure to have a permit on display. He still doesnt, he has not altered his performances one bit in 8 years, thus he commits a crime every night he operates. ,br /> Fact 5. Wendy Greuel and her office went to the 2nd charge placed on kulaks over a year after the variance was granted, he had failed to comply. Dale Thrush was at the criminal court hearing talking to city attorney Don Cocek as was otehr Greuel staff to try and have the charges dropped. They were interfering with criminal justice to cover Mrs. Greuels corrupt ass.
Fact 6. Mrs. Greuel knew the variance stated Kulak was not to operate until he brought the building to code, she did nothing to prosecute Kulak but in fact told newspaper reporters she openly supported Kulaks operation
Fact 7. Kulaks 2nd charge he was again ordered not to operate without meeting all laws and codes. He had never ceased operation and violated the law 6 nights a week for 2 yeaars with Greuels open support. Fact 8. Greuels recent newspaper interview (the daily news) she openly supported Kulaks and he was not only serving his 2nd year of probation for illegal operation fo the club but he was court ordere not to operate. Fact 9. I have proof in documents, video and they are on display on the front page and on the links and evidence page (I have more but it is too time consuming to display it all). Fact 10. Greuels letter telling Patrons of Kulaks who flooded her office with letter of support states, she is supportive of Kulaks operation and the whole time he was under court order again not to operate, to this date he is not signed off by building and safety and states attorney will not prosecute anything nor will Greuel do anything and they even have Building and safety not doing anything, police wrot eme a letter statig they cant do anything until the city attorney files charges or tells them to do so. I called city attorney Don Cocek and he stated he cant file mor echarges because Kulak has applied for a permit to get parking and it is now in the process.
Kulak was under a conditional variance that stated he was not to operate and his doing so was punishable by dfines and or imprisonment. He got nothing, police would not respond to any complaint regarding Kulaks. Thank Wendy Greuel for that, my rights denied me and I continue to be tortured by an illegal club she supports 3 years atfter the variance was granted and still nothing has been met by Kulak, so Greuel shows Kulak another way to get around it and drag things on.
8 years later and do you think the SOB has sound proofing up? NO, do you think he has off street parking? No Do you think he is signed off by the dept of building and Safety? No Do you think he has been missed a night of operationg in the past 8 years? NO.
