Wow People, This lady has Balls, after ousting hundreds of rent controller people and making sure the FIX was in on Schaffel Developments Wendy Greuel current city council member is trying to get ahold of where the cities cash goes, SHE IS RUNNING FOR CITY CONTROLLER. Not only does she own Frontier Building Supply in North Hollywood but the city attorney told her in 2004 to put a freeze to ousting these people who were protected by Los Angeles City rent control. Still she quietly and with her head down let developers like Schaffel slide through with hundreds of more evictions in the Los Angeles Area, especially in her area District 2 Wendy Greuel Los Angeles City Council woman.
Wow how blind can people be? No one is raising a eyebrow about the corruption that was just unfolded with her district having the fix in with dept of Planning.
My Gawd people wake up. Look how she had her henchman Dale Thrush admit she was fully supporting this Schaffel development and the ousting of hundreds of rent control protected people so he could make condos, LOOK, she owns a building supply company in North Hollywood, No wonder the Home depot project was cast out, she even had city council go in and PULL the permission they granted Home Depot costing the city millions to come (but why should she give a hoot?).

What on earth is going on? The ethics committee doesn't seem to be doing anything about it and that's when people like you and I have to make the difference. We cant let this go and allow her to control the cities money. She has been caught being dishonest, she has been directly implicated with a developer in her area having the fix in with planning dept. That means that city council already knew they were going to pass the development despite the fact in 2006 Greuel was told by the city attorney to put a freeze on this building development and the evictions that threw people into the streets.
I had started this war because she did the same thing to me and allowed a cheap ass illegal club to operate and disturb me nightly for 8 years "KULAKS WOODSHED, a quoted "NON for profit" which was explained to mean criminal Kulak put a few hundred grand out of his own pocket keeping the place afloat",. Kulak used this term in front of Dale Thrush at a adhok hearing where one of the panel Mr. Paterson asked him "I understand your a non profit organization? Kulak went onto state he was in the process of filing the papers now to apply for a non profit 501c3 status but had not reached it yet. Funny years later he still hasn't reached it, he never filed, the LIAR. And Dale Thrush backed this up stating he was in the process of filing for a 501c3 non profit status. Well where the hell is it mr smart ass???
How can I say all of this? Because I have the evidence to back it up, I have video and audio tapes I paid professional cameraman top come and shoot the hearings, I have Greuel directly implicated in the corruption of Kulak getting a variance when he was not entitled to one. Variances are for the land not the business and the law states their contribution to the community is not to be considered. There was no contribution to the community to begin with but try telling that to Dale Thrush and Wendy Greuel when they feel they are better then the public and know what is right and wrong for the public at the publics expense.
Greuel put the whammy in and my appeal was denied too, it was a joke to them, they did not even give me my 3 minutes to act like they were paying attention, the FIX was in, I wonder how many people unfairly got the shaft of Greuel or other city council members? Seems they always vote the way of who ever it is that is head of the district.
. They don't seem to give a crap about the people it effects. No way, she gets her salary and gets extended her own term limits etc because they covered that inside another measure and had people vote on it. I saw where even a judge questioned this maneuver in a daily news article.
This city corruption has to stop and the only way we can do it is to expose these crooks and the crooked things they do, not reward them with the position of handling the cities money. STOP WENDY GREUEL, EXPOSE THE CRIMES SHE COMMITS NOW!

Wow I cant believe this is happening, she already has over 200 thousand bucks built up for her next move as controller of the cities money. Look at her self interest, she got greedy when it was small fry money in Valley Village and North Hollywood and now she wants it all, the cities money and control of it.. If she isn't protecting the people, making sure that they are safe with rent control as the CITY ATTORNEY ASKED HER TO, then what the hell do we have going here?
Queen of self interest, not worried about the people who voted her into office, naw, throw those bums into the streets. Take away the families and old peoples protection and let them suck eggs in the street, get used to holding "will work for food" signs. She doesn't care, she goes home to her nice house every night while the people her greed effects suffer and live the terrible lives she has forced on them.

I SWARE THIS TO YOU, IF SHE GOES WITHOUT A CHALLANGER i WILL GO FOR THE POSITION and I will not be a last minute sign in vote. I don't need hundreds of thousands to beat a crook. I have no experience but like Clinton, I would hire the people who do. That man had our country rolling with progress and he happens to be from little rock (which is a hour from my land in Missouri).
It is better to have a inexperienced honest guy in that position then a experienced corrupt crook. You can't deny the fix was in when the planning dept guy called and left the message assuring developer Schaffel that the fix was in and he was going to win the appeal regardless. Yes the fix has been in and it was for the deal with me too, the rats, they had no right to ever grant that property a variance let alone go against the #1 decision of the neighborhood council which was deny the variance. Then the Valley Village Home owners association also demanded that they deny the variance, 95% of the neighboring businesses here signed a petition stating they did not want it, it is unfair to give one business all of the street parking and deny the other businesses who are in the right zoned area the ability to have customers.
Also remember Kulak was caught, that's why he had to deal with this and the dept of building and safety, then he tried to turn it around to oh the porn guy, well porn guy my ass. The thief was caught and it is typical for the thief, crook rotten bastard to start accusing the other of doing wrong. No problem for the 1st four years until the dept of building and safety went after him, I was worried the damn building would fall on mine and the crook had gotten too far, it was interfering with my ability to work. he had and still has no regard for me or any other neighbor.
Come on 8 years and the bastard still doesn't have sound proofing, I get whammed and he tries to play it of like he is just acoustic. Yea right, the drums and electric instruments are there for looks, so are the amplifiers and the microphones. Yea, kiss it is all I have to say. But that's what brought to light this crooked Politician Wendy greuel and her henchman Dale Thrush who is also very crooked. I think they need to be checked regularly with lie detector machines to keep them honest and when you own a building supply company (or your family does) then you should not be in any position where you can possibly benefit off the development of new buildings. And when the city attorney says to freeze evictions from these rent control buildings, then freeze them not slide them in silently until some planning officer blows it because he doesn't know how to be a good sneaky cheat.

Here, just look at the beginning and end of her donations, you can visit the city ethics committee if you want to see the rest but look at the strong support she has already. She is sitting it up for her next move and we have to protect the cities monies from ever getting into the hands of someone who is corrupt, who allows "THE FIX TO BE PUT IN FOR ANYONE" especially at the expense of ruining lots of peoples lives and I saw a link I will included here of just such a person whose life was effected by Greueling politics and corruption.
Recently I had spoken to a Los Angeles City Detective on a different matter and she said to me, well if you think you can do better then come down here and do it. This was regarding my claims there was a warrant out for someone and she had said she did not see anything and how I should basically stick to my own business. well within 30 minutes not only did I locate and pull up the warrant, I called and had it verified with the agency that issued it. Then I called back with the case number and information....and she still couldn't find it.
Now don't get me wrong, we do have some of the finest police in the nation and the real detectives do their jobs very well but things like
thewaybackmachine.org they did not know about and it maintains old records of businesses and internet sites to see exactly what they were doing. Now Kulak has managed to get his originals and misdate them so it doesn't appear on them any more but the average crook doesn't know about this. I shouldn't have exposed his monthly income that early because as soon as he had someone who could change it, he did.
I wonder if Mrs. Greuel's office advised him how to do that too?
