Police close Kulaks Friday the 13th and again Monday the 16th.... ]...This is a news article and These are people who were notified ahead of time at least once "that Kulaks was an illegally operated club" and it disturbs me. Still they decided to play there anyway, for cash donations in a can.
5.28.2008 Greuel's Kulak ordered to demolish the building or not to occupy. A question, is Kulak using the money he collects to defend the new active Order to Comply placed on him by the Dept of Building and safety. Kulak is more concerned with getting money to defend the damages suit he caused. The patrons seem to be a little leery about defending Kulak from a lawsuit from me, if he was legal there would not be a lawsuit would there? Heh heh heh
To me it shows how desperate these nobodies are to get seen and heard by anyone. They have no regard for laws, neighboring businesses right to operate, they don't even care the place doesn't have sound proofing. They are the scum of the earth and I have a right to expose them for their disregard for my business and the breaking of laws while they play for donations..
All donations go to their leader "Paul Kulak" who doesn't pay taxes on them and whom pays the employees with cash out of the bucket plus... he buys snacks he sells back to the people... and buys his self new equipment to use and rent out in the day and all with Tax free money. I have clips where Kulak told neighborhood council he was a not for profit, meaning he did not make any money (Isn't that called a failing businesses? Does that make him free of paying taxes? YES it does, but you don't know Wendy Greuel so you can't have these special favors given to known illegal tax scamming establishments.. Donations go to buy Kulaks dinner and meals, pay for the house he bought in his ex girls name, pay his home rent, buy equipment he rents out making it "clean money". Used to be considered LAUNDERING MONEY but I guess if you have the support of a city councilwoman like Wendy Greuel, then you can skate around these things.Do the math people, his monthly spongers pay the rent and all other expenses. Pay pal and cash bucket is pure Kulak Gravy and it is tax free too. None of the cash dollars get accounted for. And these fools play there just so they can play somewhere. Myself if I don't get paid as a entertainer, I don't go into clubs. It's not like they are trying to revive their names, they were never anything to amount to a hill of beans anyway.

Jeff Kossack Plays illegally for a donation bucket that is passed around as he plays, People get hurt because of Kulaks patrons and this Scum goes back to playing as they are sent to the hospital. He is a good boy for Kulak.
Yes, Kulaks is illegal, he has served 2 year probation for the illegal operation of that club in that building (not zoned for live entertainment) and he has played there illegally for 9 years now. Wendy Greuel is his buddy and she put the stops on police enforcement, building and safety prosecution, the city attorney Don Cocek from pressing the proper charges for his continued and blatant disregard for the law. And there is more. People have been sent to the hospital as a direct result of Kulaks operation. He was ordered to have off street parking secured before the business can legally open, well he missed that one and due to his patrons taking all of the street parking and one of them even unloading in the slow lane of traffic "people were sent to the HOSPITAL". The Dept of Building and Safety and Planning ordered Kulak to have off street parking before any usage was done. Kulak was also ordered to have sound proofing and he missed that one as well but he has Wendy Greuel pulling special political favors and illegal corrupt acts of abuse of authority and abuse of position. All conditions were to be installed and verified before the club was ever to open and Building and Safety ordered it not to even be occupied since 2004, it is still illegal with case open.. Kulak did nothing and opened anyway. There are a list of the multiple violations and continued illegal activities (operation being the biggest violation) on the web site. Please excuse the mess and you can see the evidence and proof. The authorities of all branches have been continually notified but again Greuel's evil special favors and support for Kulak goes beyond public safety and injury caused directly by a Kulak patron.

This guy (Jack Tempchin) Looks a little more perm to me ;-) ... Come on, this man needs to play for donations at Kulaks to try and be seen by anyone and playing in illegal places don't seem to bother him. Well this Slime Ball law breaker wrote a song, made an agreement and then Sued the Eagles over a decade later because suddenly he wasn't happy with the terms he had signed and agreed to. That's my take on it from reading about it.. I saw the articles, in like this "THE Internet NEWS". His partner (also a Kulak worshiper) Jackson Browne also sued the eagles because they felt ripped off that the eagles turned their music into a hit. A deal is a deal slime balls and breaking the law is breaking the law.. You farts did not do anything with the song, they turned it into their deserved Gold.
Please, it was not the talent of these Kulak playing criminal involved pieces of crap that made the Eagles, it was the Eagles that made themselves famous. These guys are so desperate to play... And they are in getting Kulak his free donations cash in the bucket, over the net pay pal, even through the crooked ass North Hollywood Forum who cleans the il gotten gains and then keeps 10% turning 90% over to Kulak and the donator of the illegal establishment gets to write it off his taxes even thought it was sponsoring a operation against 2 years of criminal operation and we owe it all to Wendy Greuel and the hedgehog that used to be the North Hollywood Chamber of Commerce... I can't wait to expose this Jackson Browne next time that slime ball plays at Kulaks illegal establishment again. Wendy Greuel support for Kulaks clearly Illegal operation now causes a crash in front of the Woodshed and sends youth to the hospital. Greuel openly supported this club operating illegally for years, she orders the police not to prosecute Kulaks and she influences City Attorney Don Cocek to not press prosecution. I saw it in a criminal court proceeding in Van Nuys where she sent Dale Thrush to try and talk the city out of prosecution for Kulaks criminal activity while she instructed her puppet via cell phone, once the worm saw myself and other witnesses, he left and was replaced by Greuel's young female field officer trying to coerce the same results. They were both disappointed when Kulak plead GUILTY.

I am now stating "our neighborhood police have allowed kulaks to operate for years", they were even given a 12 month expired variance as a right for Kulak not only to operate, but to disturb the peace, take the street parking and do whatever illegal stuff they want, the police accepted this as a waver for disturbing the peace and illegal operation.
The police will not respond. North Hollywood Police, get off the stick, enforce the LAW! Kids are hurt now because you have not. Kulaks operation was the direct reason those poor kids smashed into that parked car in the middle of the street. Kulak took all parking, even his patrons had to park in the street while they unloaded. Why they turned their taillights off I will never understand but, I can't understand why they go to an illegal club to play for donations that go to Paul Ashley Kulak.

Wendy greuel nor the police can be sued for lack of doing their job or for the lack of enforcement of any law in the california State Law Book. Greuel has stated to the newspaper "we can't close down every business because they have a infraction of the law". when she stated this Kulaks was under Van Nuys criminal court orders not to operate.
Kulak got Greuel's attention by having MOB action cal her and email her, well lets do it too, let her know you don't approve of her allowance of Kulak's violating the law nightly and now hurting these poor young people by allowing Kulaks to illegally take the street parking and to operate without meeting any of the laws, conditions, Building and Safety, Police, etc orders that the rest of us have to deal with.

Where is Building and safety? Well the field workers (inspectors) did their job and it was then handed to Mr. Pruit who is head of Dept of Building and safety. 3 court cases, 2 convictions later because Kulak pleads Guilty to the crimes of operating a club in an area not zoned for it. He is ordered to not operate and does anyway. Now people are hurt as a direct result of Kulak's people thinking they own the street and they can do whatever they want without the fear or arrest or prosecution. 9:20PM (Date 4.5.08) Kulaks patrons had every parking spot on both sides of Laurel Canyon taken so they decided to make traffic wait as they park in slow traffic lane to unload. Was there anyone even in the car the poor people smashed into? It sure did not have the tail lights on.
Kulak doesn't let them use the rear of the building for unloading or even use the illegal faulty made handicapped ramp he put in without permits (during his prosecution for other building and safety charges). Kulak has caused a collision that nearly put one young persons head through the front windshield of their car. The Kulak patron did not even have car lights on at the time (even though it was 9:20PM Friday night). Why should they care? They own the streets and have the cops held off to not enforce the laws regarding their operation.
Most singers are notified by me via email telling them the place is illegal and links attached to court documents that prove it prior to their playing there and this guy just so happens to be a repeat offender. he doesn't care, ole severed brown stuff (that's what I call him) must really be desperate to play at an illegal club hoping for donations. There are musicians so desperate for a place to play that they use his club as a free recording studio. Doesn't matter Kulaks filming it because no one watches it anyway but it's interesting he needs no permits, no million dollar insurance policy, not even an occupancy permit to be in the building.
Old musicians whose day has came and went or those who were not good enough to perform for paying jobs will play anywhere thinking they can be heard. The night of the crash it was disrespectful "Jeff Kossack, Severed Browne" who were performing in their favorite illegal club (they financially support this knowingly illegal operation) that doesn't have sound proofing or even the basic permit to operate. These people that play at Kulaks are "wanna be" singers or "has beens" that can't get real jobs. They don't care if they disturb people, they don't care if people get hurt because of them, why should they? It's free playing at Kulaks..
The police can't touch them because it is clear Wendy Greuel says let them play, they were not hurting anyone except a few neighboring businesses who need to be open after 7PM. Well, now Wendy Greuel and Kulak as well as Don Cocek (city attorney who disregarded Kulaks continued operation despite court orders stating Kulak is not to be open) and Lourdes Green (city planning officer who knowingly allowed Kulaks to operate despite her own conditional variance which stated they are not to operate). Lourdes Green ignored reports, email, calls and faxes of Kulaks continued operation and allowed it to happen. Many recent events show how Greuel and the Planning dept make decisions even before it goes to city council who are all in on it and have their decisions made ahead of time. I blame these people for having sent 2 people to the hospital, Wendy Greuel's neglect and allowance of a crime because she approves it.... has now sent people to the hospital.
The car sat in front of my office LIVE, in a 2 hour parking zone ...Since 4.5.08 and has no ticket on it. They moved it today. I am glad they did not ticket them because these people were victims of a illegal club and the non law abiding Kulak crowd. Its not the first accident caused by Kulaks operation but Wendy Greuel chooses to ignore them all because she can't be held accountable, well on my page I expose all of her crimes and her poor ass judgment so we all don't get hurt by her actions. Yes, Our neighborhood lead officer Araguya knows Kulaks is illegal and has known for years but he has not yet broke the Wendy Greuel orders and done what is right "Close the illegal Business down". It is pretty bad when a illegal operation (Remember Kulak opened knowingly illegal, he went to building and safety and they said no, so he did it anyway) stays open for 9 years and has been complained against since day 1. I am asking the head police officer to stop the illegal establishment, ticket them for their continued operation. Remember also LA Vice ticketed Kulak and Kulak plead guilty, then he operated the same exact way for 4 years since but no more tickets cause of Greuel. See how the crooked wheel runs?
Lets hope someone now empowers him to close Kulaks illegal business, if not maybe the next people being hurt or killed as a result of Kulaks illegal club will get some attention.

Yes, Recently Kulak has been given another order to comply but Again City Attorney Don Cocek steps in and refuses to charge Kulak with criminal charges until he sees the result of the order to comply. Da, he was already charged twice and we notified Mr. Cocek that Kulaks 2nd violation resulted in a 2nd "probation" not a punishment. Remember I saw Doc Cocek being approached by Dale Thrush from Wendy Greuel's office and I heard what they said as did another witness, at a criminal court proceeding none the less. Dale Thrush was there to try and get the charges dropped against Kulaks and continue to allow it to operate illegally. Well despite criminal court orders, probation conditions that also state he is not to operate, the 2nd infraction also just being a 2nd years probation for Kulaks and more orders not to operate, Kulak has not missed a night.
