Greuel caught in HOTSEAT with kicking out the rent control people
Yes, Attorney Noel Weiss had demanded that Wendy put a halt to her quiet ousting of the rent control people. She has since quietly supported and made sure (with the FIX method) to get 3 major Schaffel Monster Condo Plexes go through (Using the FIX with Planning), Wendy can assure you her projects are going to go through but now she has been exposed again..., The attorneys see her scandal is exposed and they did order her to put a Freeze on ousting people under rent comtrol into the streets but she has not stopped her dirty little tricks...Now she just did this quietly and thats why she is trying to keep her name out of the limelight with the recent Planning dept scandal where they accidentally left a message ot a poor person being thrown out of a rent control building and that message said "the fix is in, your project is going to go through"... AND IT DID! I bet Kulak got the same ok because of the corrupt practices of Los Angeles City Council and the bad evil sneaky Wendy Greuel. No one is throwing her out in the street and it just so happens she owns a Frontier Building Supply in North Hollywood so it makes sence she wants devolopers to get their jobs in, it is money in her pocket from tax payers and from the sales of Building suplies to the construction companies tht Schaffel hires.
Please take Note, the ordeal where the City Attorney advised Greuel to put a freeze on eviction notices to people in rent control apartments was dealing with yet another Schaffel project. Instead of listening to the City Attorney she started sneaking her support and gettting planning to get the fix in so she would have her supported projects fly through. Her planning henchman Dale Thrush needs hooked to a dam polygraph machine to see if that ole Coot is lying.I watched him stand in the neighborhood council meetings claiming how they held special meetings with the heads of the government agencies and made a wya for Kuilak to operate despite the fact he was ordered by the depot of building and safety in 2004 not to occupy that building 5230 Laurel Canyon Blvd. I see too clearly how this sneaky Los Angeles City Council woman is looking out for her own special interests like her owning the family business frontier building supply and she doesnt care if these people who thought they had a protected home with rent control get put in the streeets. I am talking about several hundred tht I know of and if the city attorney saw she was doign this with Schaffel in 2005 (4.30.04) then just imaghine how many other deals like this she slid through. We cant have this in office, we need to get this corrupt woman who won only because no one else tried for the job, out of the city council. She is 2nd in command there too, talk about corruption.
Also I see where she already has raised 200 grand plus to be city comptroller, how do you like that, now she is being put in charge of all of the cities money. WOw are we talking about total control there, shes a crook and we caught her illegal and improper actions alrteady and we are going to reward her self interest over the lives of people on rent control???

. She was caught, her district was the one that had the fix in on the Magnolia Development project. The street are already over flowing with cars there, there is the Highway 3 or 4 blocks away, then there is the Highs school 2 or 3 blocks away is the Colfax school and Laurel Canyon and Magnolia is 2 blocks from the New Orange line where we are trying to make life easier using city transit.
Oh yea it looks like she has her hands full. Wendy Greuel has already been instrumental in throwing hundreds "HUNDREDS" of families into the streets who were protected by rent control. Now she has met a problem, they must be getting wise downtown, either they see she is going too far or they don't like that she's exposing herself throwing these people into the streets.
Schaffel will loose millions the article says but when you have BILLIONS, millions is chump change. Greuel must be considerign the impact it will have on her Frontier Building Supply company. Wow that's a lot of non building, that means no materials needed and she looses money.
Oh those damn poor people and their rent control, it must be hard to imagine from her nice house with the extended yard she had the city allow her.
Isn't it a bitch not being special like Wendy? Well the Queen has been called now, she needs to make a decision. Screw the quiet dealing she had with Schaffel which already allowed hum hundreds of these condo units in Valley Village or help the poor people who need the rent control protection. Which is more important, Public opinion or Money in the pocket? Decisions, decisions, decisions.

I don't like corrupt people in high positions and the word is out, you were caught having the fix in with Planning dept and that's how you backed the criminal operation next door to me "Kulaks Woodshed for those of you who don't know" Yes Wendy went around the Dept of Building and safety order the place not be occupied, and then she presented it to city council despite the fact there was a criminal court order for Kulaks not to operate and it also Violated his probation, oh then there is the variance she had Granted (got city council to all blindly vote yes on) not blindly, it is the way they do things, if it is in your district then they pretty much give the ok unless it overflows into their district then you may have a stunk raised about it.
So, will she be pressured into stopping all evictions even though its already too late for hundreds of families who were effected by Schaffel building project Wendy and Dale Thrush had the fix in with dept of planning or will she have to screw her Money man and tell him, you have to cool it for awhile because there is too much attention on me??? Lets look as she speaks out of the other side of her mouth, she can't understand how all of these condos are going through, she approved and supported 3 major plaxes for Schaffel in the Valley Village area, hundreds of condos. The questions of a crooked Politician.
Oh, for those of you who don't understand what the "FIX" means.
It was a guy in the dept of planning (a former officer, you know his ass was moved) who accidentally called one of the people who were being evicted and left a message that Wendy Greuel and Dale Thrush (their council for District 2, No HO, Valley Village Sunland or whatever) had made sure the vote would go their way with city council. I call that corruption ut I think they look at it a different way, Covering their butts is what they are doing, it seems to be a standard practice.
Which brings me to another story (recent) Home Depot. Now not only was Greuel against it, she demanded the city council all go back on the permit they already granted them and withdraw it. Home Depot is building supply company much like the one that Greuel owns in North Hollywood. Now if that doesn't stink of abuse of position and conflict of interest I don't know what does.
But they see it a different way downtown because it is easy to sweep things under the rug. Look how fast the pay to play situation went away.
Enough of your time, just sharing the view I have on the criminals downtown, (Greuel especially) like Kulaks, at first I don't give a crap what they do as long as it doesn't interfere with my way of life, when it does, like Kulaks, then you are going to deal with the biggest monster you have ever seen and heaven help them because I do not quit.
I did not became the most famous adult celebrities in the world or the history of adult movies for that matter but accepting 2nd best. Like i said, they may be big fish in a small pond but the worlds my ocean and when I want to make waves..... they better just hang on.
I am sitting in my office on Laurel Canyon and Magnolia and I face the alley, I saw 3 kids wearing gang banger attire running and hiding behind the cars near parker press, I ran to see what t they were doing (see I have cameras watching everywhere here) and I saw a police car driving slowly down the alley. I thought it is my duty to help the guys in Blue out so I said, if its 3 bangers your looking for they are over there hiding behind the cars in the corner waiting on ya. Go get em.They DId too.
I have to tell ya, the foot soldiers here in Valley Village at least do their work. The heads of dept downtown may be corrupt but these guys earn their pay and they earn my respect. More power to them and help them if you ever get a chance because they are there to help you.
