More City Corruption, Kulak and Attorney RigRod pull wool over police eyes!
Now I realize it is hard to believe but it is true. Paul Kulak and attorney andy Rigrod give police 10 month past expired variance to act as if they had legal right to operate to get around the noise disturbance the police agreed Kulaks was making. Los Angeles Police dept officers came to 5228 Laurel canyon and heard the music blaring through the walls, they then marched over to Kulaks and walked away Fools after Kulak nd Attorney rigrod gave them a song and a dance and showed them a 10 month past expired variance which states it is not to act as a permit or allow them to operate, in fact as seen below it states on page 3 "they are not to operate" until they have all permits, code violations etc met and they are far from that, they are using the variance as a permit. WILL THE POLICE STAND FOR THIS????
I can't believe it, they make the men in blue turn blue because of their ignorance to the facts. Now the street cops are usually great guys and they do respond but they were really played that night, they couldn't have even have looked at the paper of they would have seen it was 10 months expired. Kulak even went on the air immediately after the police left and made fun of them and the fact they fell for a variance even Greuel said was invalid and expired in her letter to Kulak Patrons. See her letter, see the variance and see how Kulak made fools of the police. Attorney RigRod was present at Kulaks Woodshed the night of Saturday 12.15.07 where Kulak held a Beatles night (I know ASCAP got theirs, yea right) and they started banging the walls at 6PM. Criminal and illegal with ole cooter Attorney Rigrod there to act as a attorney for the Kulak Music Mafia (so he wishes, not like the Frankenstein band of pussies) so they can operate illegally and he scares the police off. I cant see how that old fart attorney scared anything except if he sang for them, that would get me out of any joint fast..
Jennifer Aragon (attorney at law, winner of the presidential award for her pro bono work for the less fortunate) who rents a office at 5228 Laurel canyon Blvd was trying to catch up on some of her business when WHAM WHAM, Drums and electric guitar come blasting through the walls. She is also 8 months pregnant so Ms. Aragon can't handle the music disturbing and stressing her out so she called the local police dept. Who (hats off to) sent a police car fairly immediately, they heard the music and went and ordered Kulaks to keep it quiet until 8PM. The police did note and tell Ms. Aragon (attorney at law) Kulaks did not have an operating permit. The Police also said they would come back around 8PM to make sure the noise levels were down. well unfortunately we did not get those exact officers back and the new ones that came fell hook line and sinker for the Kulak/RigRod claims and story (and a 10 month expired variance).
Now we are talking about a attorney (Ms. Aragon) who was noted from the president of the State Bar and achieved their highest award for her free kind support of the less fortunate. You cant say that about Greuel, Kulak or Rigrod, they have awards for nothing. They are crooks verses a great human who is a attorney to help people, not make money.
Well 8PM came and so did the Beatles night at Kulaks, noise pounding through the walls, no one could work through this. Ms. Aragon calls the police again.
The police come, hear the terrible loud music banging through the wall and march over to Kulaks who is there with attorney RigRod and they wave a Variance in front of the police acting like they were legal to be there. A expired variance non the less Now making fools of the working police officer kinda pisses me off, they are not attorneys but handing them a variance that clearly states it is not to be used as a variance and it had expired in march is like Calling the police (Los Angeles Police dept) stupid asses and they are not, they are not attorneys and Kulak used this knowledge and the fact they have serious crime to attend to, in order to get them off his back. Plus old RigRod pushing around he is an attorney and there is a restraining order against me. They got this restraining order to try and get it so I couldn't film their illegal activity and they used liars, patrons of Kulaks club I had never seen before to act scared and verify the BS stories Kulak made. He will stop at nothing... but that did not work so basically it says I can't threaten or beat the shit outa kulak. I have no problem with that, I don't slap around punks and I leave pussy guys alone to cower in their little rooms so I have no problem with a restraining order that says basically I cant beat him up. Kulak has made 9 different false claims I have violated these restraining orders but in court it was easy to disprove.
Not only is he a puss but he is a bad stupid liar too and they always get caught in their lies. How can I say all of this? How can I slam Greuel and Kulak>? because they are crooks and I have the proof on the site, see it, read it and see they are caught, they did improper and illegal things, greuel is a scoundrel, she granted a variance to kulak while he was on criminal court order (see it on the site) to not operate and was serving 12 months probation. They are crooks..
Hold on, did you not see the letter from Greuel even stating the variance has long since been expired? RigRod used a false invalid variance to FOOL the police. Kulak and RigRod played it off to the police this is a dispute between Chuck Peyton and Kulak, it is a longs standing dispute. Wit a minute, Kulak is using this as a way to get the police to not do anything, they did not see that the variance clearly states not to be used as a permit or license even if it was valid (but it is not, it was voided out 60 days after it was granted and it was expired 2 years after that (in March of 2007) Kulak had also been charged criminally by the dept of building and Safety on 10.24.06 and plead guilty, he was sentenced to a year probation and ordered not to operate.
Now this is some slick ass willy that Greuel openly supports isn't it? And she's running for Controller of the city of Los Angeles with no one running against her. Yea, we will have a crooked snake running the city audits and getting a fat paycheck for her corrupt activities plus whatever kick backs she takes or gets or whatever building developers she has that buy from her Frontier building supply in North Hollywood.
So Kulak and his snake attorney have no problem making fools of the police, giving them expired variance papers and declaring it was a war between Peyton and Kulak but...... This was a attorney calling them, someone who doesn't have a war going, she was just trying to do her business. Ya Kulak has it down, the con, getting these musicians to beg for his tax free donations and even to fight his war and criminal activity just so they can try and become a singer, a music person known somewhere. The fact they cant carry a tune does hamper them a bit but that's why they beg for kulaks money and play for free, you get what you pay for.
How that attorney RigRod is allowed to practice is beyond me or sing for that matter, that sorry old dog howling his weak songs, there must not be any ethics in being an attorney because for him to knowingly give police a invalid variance document and claim they operate under it is criminal.
I must hand it to RigRod with his criminal tactics of giving the police a null and void document and making them believe it was valid but not only has he forgot more about the LAW then I will even know, he has forgot more about the LAW then he will ever know. I am sure there is a rest home waiting for him with his name all shiny on the door, I just wish I could get that old criminal in it. For an attorney to practice criminal activity is not right. he saw too many King of New York Movies and thinks he is the music mafia's attorney. I don't mean to insult the mafia, Kulak is a band of terrible musicians led by one Polish chicago music man.
Greuel turns a blind eye to all of this, she allows it and even supports this criminal activity. Tell me she doesn't know? Send a email to her which I have already made up and it has a copy going to the Gov and the Mayor so they are all aware of her allowance of this criminal activity. maybe, just maybe someone in government office will not stand for this corruption and intentional emotional distressed caused by greuel and Kulak. 2 Crooks supporting illegal establishments.

This is Los angeles california and we need to all make our voices heard if we want to try and clean up this town, we need to start at the city council who allows this corruption, this illegal disturbing activity and then work out way down.
Just imagine if it were you getting hammered by loud music coming from an illegal establishment. You would want people to speak out in your favor and stop it. so help me and in doing so, you will help yourself.

One more thing, as Greuel supports certain people to buy property and throw rent control protected people out into the streets (we are talking hundreds of families) she denies property owners who want to make affordable housing project on land they already own the right to do so. JSM Capital SUES Los Angeles City because of NORTH HOLLYWOOD PROJECT Its Greuel's city North Hollywood and if you don't follow her rules or wet her palm then your deal just isn't going through.
Here tax payers are going to pay employees, attorneys, etc to defend another criminal action in North Hollywood with the city councils new rules that fit only them. Look how developer Schaffel got through with the fix in by Wendy Greuels staff and district, kicking hundreds of rent control people families etc into the streets, even against city attorneys demand Greuel put a freeze on these evictions in 6 of 06. she did not though, instead she did it with the FIX IN> Stop this corrupt Wendy greuel los angeles city council.
Its time to do some moving and some shaking, lets start at the Top, send the email to the city council telling them how you are not going to allow this inner corruption. Don't vote for Greuel for city Controller position in 2009, she's dirty.
