I have video footage Evidence with Paul Ashley Kulak telling the Neighborhood council "Come on, I am not the whisky, I don't play that kinda music, we are acoustic", well bite my shorts Kulak, Your a liar... everyone knows it and I have proof..

No Sound proofing and Wendy Greuel damn well knows it and has for years. She still refuses to shut down kulaks illegal operation and she is supporting this criminal in his continued disregard for the law and Building and safety, fire and Police codes and Laws.

10.20.07 Kulaks Woodshed hosts Dogmans rock band with drums, 2 electric guitars,4 singers and no sound proofing. Wendy greuel is supporting this club and has allowed them to operate without police interference, dept of building and safety, fire dept,public health dept, etc. kulak uses her name to thwart all government agencies who try and close him down. 8 years now 6 nights a week. we are suing mad! I am tired of being tortured. See clip on front page, imagine you had office next door and this bum blasted drums and electric guitars, amplified music, rotten loud singers, etc through your walls, when the scum has officials in he plays no amplified music, but we have much proof of continued rock and drums, etc.

Above (right hand picture) is a electric base guitar and a regular electric guitar (picture to the left), they had another guitar player not seen in picture, 2 girls singing, dog man and another vocalist, add the drummer and a guy on the piano and you have the rock band that blasted through the walls last night.. Try working with that next door and no sound proofing, Paul Kulak says he doesn't think we need it,he claims the test he had done show music can't be heard outside of the building nor through the walls. That is clearly a lie and the city thought so too, the variance ordered him to get sound proofing but hey, With Wendy greuel and dale Thrush and the whole tax paid army Kulak has working for him, even police cant do anything. he doesn't have to get sound proofing, he doesn't even have to pay taxes on the money he pulls in cash in the cash begging bucket. Old Dog man holds the bucket out nightly claiming, if you can't give generously, give foolishly. He also stated you can just walk in off the street, now that doesn't sound like a membership club does it? Paul Kulak is a liar, Tom Hubbard assists him in court hearings and meetings as a witness, it appears he needs a place to allow him to sing, he can't do it at home, it is more illegal there, he it is just illegal and they have Wendy Greuel openly supporting Kulak in violating criminal court orders not to operate. If Van Nuys criminal courts convict you and give you court orders, ask Wendy to go downtown and sway the whole city council to grant you a conditional variance so you can operate and violate probation anyway. She will just claim she did not know you were on Probation or court ordered not to operate, even if someone has her staff stating they know he has charges!.

Watch out for the tax trick they are having us vote on, we are not legally supposed to pay anything for phone tax, city council was charging us 10% illegally and a judge told them, you cant tax people without voting on it, don't be fooled. The Greueling story unfolds! Don't agree to pay less tax for phone, internet, etc usage, we want 0 to pay, _uck them as they grow fat on our tax money and cater to their special interests.!
Back to the pictures, here is dog man, you would think they can hear he sings out of tune. Look at his guilty ass, he was a witness speaking out for Kulak at every hearing. They believed him and I bet they would also vote Bush in for a third term. You want these people running our city by default????
